Build creative tools with us.
The Creative eXperience Lab (CXL) at the University of Victoria studies how people create and builds intelligent systems for visual creation that are more controllable, more accessible, and more accountable to the creators behind the data. If you are excited about generative image models, vector & sketch representations, or human-in-the-loop creative tools, I would love to hear from you.
Generative image models
Controllable, accessible, and attribution-aware image generators that fit real creative workflows.
2D visual representations
Structure for how images are made: Vector graphics, sketches, neural fields and more.
Interactive creative tools
Human-in-the-loop systems that keep the artist in control of the result.
